About Me
I’m a student with a longtime passion for dance and a growing interest in psychology. I’ve been dancing since I was two, and over the years, I’ve come to see dance as more than just movement—it has shaped the way I express myself, connect with others, and understand my own emotions. As I became more interested in psychology, I started noticing how many of my experiences in dance connect to the way our minds work. Mind in Motion is my way of exploring that connection through personal experiences, research, and the questions that make me curious.
